Term and Termination

The term Site, for purposes of this Privacy Policy, includes, in whole or in part, the website, any services offered by Clowd on or through the Site, and any content, data or other information made available by Clowd on or through the Site.
 
1.         Data Processing Principles. 

We process your Personal Data in compliance with all the relevant laws, fairly and in a transparent manner. We process your Personal Data only for specified and legitimate purposes as described in this Privacy Policy. We use reasonable and appropriate security measures regarding the processing of Personal Data.
We do not process Personal Data which is not relevant or necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We work to keep your Personal Data accurate and up to date, and to erase or rectify inaccurate Personal Data in a timely manner. We keep your Personal Data in a form which enables Us to identify You for no longer than needed according to and for the purposes for which we process Personal Data.

De-identified, Aggregated and other Non-Personal Data. Not all data we collect is personal data.  Only personal data is covered by this Privacy Policy. Personal data that has been de-identified and/or aggregated may not be personal data.  Some of the data collected only constitutes personal data when it is combined with sufficient other data.
 
Information We Collect from You During Your Access to the Services. Nothing in this AUP shall be deemed to expand the scope of the license set forth in those Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this AUP and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall govern.

Users may access and use the Website for lawful purposes only. Users may not interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of the Website or any software used in the provision of the Website, or any equipment or network on which the Website are stored. Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access or assist third parties in obtaining unauthorized access to the Website, the server on which the Website are stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Website. Users may not defeat, avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, or otherwise circumvent any software protection or monitoring mechanisms of the Website, the server on which the Website are stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Website.
